Conditions of Sale

The purchaser will be the highest bidder. Any disputes will be settled by the auctioneer and are final.
In the case of tie bids, the earliest bidder will be the winner. They system automatically enters the date and time for each bid made.
Each lot is sold as genuine and correctly described.
Payment must be made within 15 days of the close of the auction. Invoices will be sent to all successful bidders. All postage and registration costs are born by the bidder and will be determined at the close of the auction.
Bidding and payment currency is United States dollars.
The most current catalogues are being used. If you are not sure, be sure to ask before you bid.
Item conditions are described as follows:
- M - Mint Condition
- VG - Very Good condition - slight wear or stitch marks
- G - Good Condition - staining, stitch marks and/or dirt are present, may have masking tape on back (MT)
- F - Fair Condition - badges are collectable, but condition is poor.
Badge descriptions are as follows:
- R - ribbon badges
- RB - ribbon backed badges
- HB - half bound ribbon badges (bound on 2 sides only)
- B - bound ribbon badges
- Emb - embroidered, cut edge badges
- EB - embroidered bound badges
- F - felt material, usually with other description
- SP - screen printed or printed badges
- VY - vinal material
- SEB - solid embroidered bound (USA badges)
- TEB - Twill embroidered bound (USA badges)
Postal bids are accepted by the auctioneer and must be received by 9:00pm on the closing date.
There are lots that are subject to a reserve bid and if reserve is not met then vendor makes the decision to sell or not.
